We have own DP.DP ID - 12073200. Further company is planning to start investment banking/ merchant banking and distribution of mutual fund and allied areas.

Mr Pravin Kumar Agarwal
He started his career as a Corporate Accountant. He has experience in the securities markets business. He brings with him more than 9 years of experience in the field of accounts and marketing. He has hands-on experience in dealing with securities (buying and selling), marketing, and maintaining customer relations.
Mr Vinay Kumar Goenka
Vinay Kumar Goenka, aged about 29 years is an Executive Director and Principal officer of the Company.He started his career as a Corporate Accountant.He has a experience in the business of securities markets.He is holding NCFM certificate in capital markets and is also trained for 5 days in CDSL .He brings with himself an experience of more than 5 years in the field of Accounts and Marketing.
